Westwood reserves the right to cancel any event. If an event is cancelled, you will be notified and all fees will be refunded. Please understand there are upfront expenses associated with these events. Therefore, if you must cancel, cancellations received by 5:00PM 3 Days prior to the event will be charged a 20% Administrative Fee. Cancellations made after that time will be charged a 50% Cancellation Fee. There will be no refunds for missed events. |
